This Institute for Environmental Justice, situated near the Ohio River, aims to connect the community, foster education and research, enforce food sovereignty, and educate people about healthy and respectful hydrology.
The form rises from the ground, moving linearly across space and time. The program is informed by the progression of time, left to right, and the circulation, which carves through the form to break up the linear nature. The current site was imprinted using the historical program to help lay out the program outside.
