Loom Collective, situated on the bank of the Ohio River, is a low-rise, high-density building, aiming to collect the community and respond the the environmental forces that are present. The bottom floor serves as a vibrant hub that attracts the community, employing a mix of semi-enclosed and open areas to inspire circulation and engagement. The same way that the wind and light enter the site, users are able to access the river. Above this, residential units are arranged, interacting with the communal areas to offer captivating views of Cincinnati and create an dynamic outdoor spaces.
