The project involved conducting a comprehensive assessment of an old building located on an island near Put-In Bay. Our team assessed potential hazardous materials and conducted thorough site visits to gain insightful perspectives. Following this, we strategically devised plans for the installation of accessible first-floor bathrooms and elevators. The overarching objective was to gain a understanding of the historic house's current condition and envision its potential for transformation.
